Keith Garret
Keith S. Garret began his law career with a fellowship through the NYS Office of Court Administration. He followed up this opportunity working in private practice as a litigator, until reaching the decision to found the Law Office of Keith S. Garret, P.C. in 2012. Keith’s background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College School of Law where he earned cum laude honors. His background in both finance and law gives him a unique understanding of matters related to real estate, estate planning and student loans. Keith resides in West Babylon with his wife, three children, and dog, Zowie.
Christopher David
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Villanova University, Chris went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. While attending law school, he gained practical experience working at a large firm specializing in banking and real estate litigation. He brings that experience to the Law Office of Keith S. Garret, P.C., where he specializes in litigation. A lifelong resident of Glen Head, NY, Chris now resides there with his wife and son and their beloved family dog, Jude.
Ernest L. Fox
Ernie has over thirty years of expertise in estate planning, Medicare planning, probate and the administration of estates, which he brings to our firm in order to assist our clients whether they are planning for the future or grieving the loss of a loved one. Ernie graduated from Hofstra Law School, and was admitted to practice in New York State in 1984.

A lifelong resident of Suffolk County, Samantha brings great organizational skills and a smile to every task. After joining the firm part-time in 2018, she soon graduated to her current full-time position. Prior to joining the Law Office of Keith S. Garret, P.C., Sam managed a very busy fruit and gift basket preparation and delivery franchise. Aside from the aforementioned organizational skills, she contributes her excellent customer service background to the firm.
